You can choose the value of the gift card or select a specific treatment to gift him or her.

A Primum Estetica gift card can be purchased by contacting us at info@primumestetica.lt or by calling +370 670 99669.
Once payment is confirmed, we will send the digital gift card in PDF format to the provided email address. A printed version can be delivered to the specified postal address or collected at the clinic during business hours: Pylimo g. 47, Vilnius.

The gift card is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. In exceptional cases, the validity may be extended up to 6 months.

Please note:

• The gift card is non-refundable.
• If the selected services cost less than the gift card amount, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
• If the service cost exceeds the gift card value, the recipient will cover the difference.
• Both printed and digital versions of the gift card are available.

Important information:

Advance booking is required to use the gift card. Please register by phone or email.
If the recipient does not show up and fails to cancel at least 12 hours before the appointment, the gift card will be considered used.
If arriving late, the delay time will be deducted from the total treatment time.
The place of use and expiry date are specified in the gift card terms.
The digital version can be exchanged for a printed one free of charge at the clinic.
