Profhilo is an innovative injectable skin bioremodelling treatment. It uses a hyaluronic acid-based injectable product developed by the Swiss pharmaceutical company IBSA and is designed to promote natural skin rejuvenation.
During the treatment, a highly concentrated hyaluronic acid solution is injected into the skin to help restore hydration, firmness and elasticity.
Profhilo is not a dermal filler, meaning it does not add volume or alter facial features. Instead, it stimulates the skin’s natural regenerative processes, improves overall skin quality and enhances radiance for a fresher, healthier appearance.
How does Profhilo work?
During the procedure, Profhilo is injected into five anatomically safe points on each side of the face. Thanks to its unique formulation, the hyaluronic acid spreads evenly through the tissues and acts across the entire treatment area.
Profhilo:
- stimulates collagen production;
- promotes elastin synthesis;
- improves skin hydration;
- increases skin firmness and elasticity;
- reduces skin laxity;
- smooths fine lines and wrinkles.
What makes Profhilo unique?
Profhilo contains highly purified, non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid:
- free from chemical crosslinking agents;
- free from preservatives;
- contains a high concentration of hyaluronic acid (64 mg/2 ml);
- is biologically compatible with human tissue.
Its pure composition significantly reduces the risk of allergic reactions and adverse effects.
Who is Profhilo suitable for?
Profhilo is recommended for both women and men experiencing early or more advanced signs of skin ageing.
The treatment may be beneficial if:
- skin firmness has decreased;
- skin has lost elasticity;
- fine lines and wrinkles have appeared;
- skin feels dry and dehydrated;
- facial contours have become less defined;
- skin has lost its natural glow;
- signs of sun damage are visible.
How can Profhilo improve your skin?
Deeply hydrates the skin: hyaluronic acid helps retain moisture in the deeper layers of the skin, making it appear plumper and more revitalised.
Reduces fine lines and wrinkles: skin texture improves, while fine lines and surface irregularities become less noticeable.
Enhances facial contours: tissue regeneration is stimulated, and the skin’s structural support is improved.
Restores skin radiance: improved microcirculation helps the skin appear brighter and more even-toned.
Which areas can be treated?
Profhilo is most commonly used on:
- the face;
- the neck;
- the décolletage;
- the hands.
When is Profhilo not recommended?

- in the presence of an active infection;
- if there is inflammation at the injection site;
- in cases of blood clotting disorders;
- when taking anticoagulant medication;
